The vin2food project (vinasse for high-quality feed and food production through zooplankton
and microalgae) was developed by Weber Ultrasonics. It employs a holistic approach to ensure sustainable production of bioethanol and foodstuffs.
vin2food describes a holistic production process that utilises both the organic and inorganic components of vinasse to produce high-quality fish feed and oils. Alongside the zero-waste concept, the focus here is also on the economically attractive use of vinasse.
